No Job Too Big or Too Small

Complete septic care, start to finish

From a single routine pump-out to a full drainfield replacement, our crew handles the entire septic system under one roof. We serve homes and businesses across Volusia, Seminole and Lake counties with honest answers, fair pricing and work done right the first time — no system too small for our attention, none too big for our equipment.

Septic Tank Pumping

Septic Tank Pumping & Pump-Outs

The cheapest thing you can do for your system is also the most important. Solids build up over time, and once they reach the wrong level you get slow drains, backups and a repair bill far bigger than a routine pump-out. We fully clean the tank, haul the waste to a licensed facility, and tell you when you're due again.

  • Complete tank cleaning — all sludge removed
  • Inspection for cracks, holes & drainfield backflow
  • Honest recommendation on your next service interval
  • Residential & commercial systems

When is it time to pump?

Most households need a pump-out every 3 to 5 years, but tank size and the number of people in the home change the math. If it's been longer than that — or you're noticing slow drains — it's worth a call before a small chore becomes an emergency.

Warning signs to watch for

Soggy spots, lingering odors and slow drains are how a drainfield tells you it's struggling. Catch it early and a targeted repair may be enough; ignore it and a repair becomes a full replacement. Either way, we give you honest options — never an upsell.

Drainfield Work

Drainfield Repair & Replacement

Your drainfield is where treated water soaks back into the ground, and when it fails it doesn't fail quietly. It's also the most expensive part of the system to fix when clogged. We diagnose the real problem and handle the work to code — pulling the required permits so a new field is installed correctly the first time.

  • Accurate diagnosis before any digging
  • Targeted repair when that's all you need
  • Permitted replacement installed to local building codes
  • Licensed & insured, no upselling
Service & Repair

Septic Tank Service & Repair

Tanks, pumps, pipes, baffles and lift stations — when something quits, we figure out what's actually broken instead of replacing parts that aren't. We carry the licenses to handle the job start to finish, so you're not waiting on three different contractors. Tell us what your system is doing and we'll tell you what it takes to fix it.

  • Full service & repair, residential and commercial
  • Tanks, pumps, baffles, pipes & lift stations
  • Straight diagnosis — fix what's broken, not what isn't
  • No job too big or too small

One crew, the whole system

Because we hold the licenses for pumping, repairs and installations alike, we can move from diagnosis to fix without handing you off. That means faster answers, fewer trucks in your yard, and one team that stands behind the whole job.

Buying or selling a home?

Don't let an unknown septic system cost you at closing. A point-of-sale inspection gives buyers, sellers and lenders a clear picture of the system's true condition — so there are no expensive surprises after the papers are signed.

Inspections

Septic Inspections, Incl. Real-Estate

We inspect the tank, baffles, drainfield and flow, then hand you a clear written report you can act on with confidence. The same thorough look applies whether you're closing on a home, pulling a permit, or simply want to know where your system stands before a problem finds you.

  • Real-estate / point-of-sale inspections for buyers & sellers
  • Tank, baffles, drainfield & flow all checked
  • Clear written summary of your system's condition
  • Honest assessment — peace of mind either way
New Service

Sewer Line Video Camera Service

We send a sewer line video camera up to 130 feet down the line and include the footage with every official septic inspection report. You're handed the video file to keep for your records — a clear, documented picture of the system's true condition, which is especially valuable when you're selling a home.

  • Up to 130 ft of line inspected on camera
  • Video footage included with our official inspection reports
  • You receive the video file to keep for your records
  • On service calls, we deploy it to find the cause of a problem or a failing drainfield

See the system for yourself

Instead of guessing, you get to see exactly what's happening inside the line. It's the clearest way to set a buyer's expectations, document the condition of your system before selling, or pinpoint a stubborn problem on a service call.

Commercial

Grease Trap Service

An overdue grease trap is a health-code citation and a backed-up kitchen waiting to happen. We pump it, scrape it down to the walls, check the baffles and lid, and haul the grease to a licensed facility — scheduled before you open or after you close so service never slows your rush. Restaurants and food-service businesses stay compliant and odor-free.

  • Commercial grease trap pumping & cleaning
  • Off-peak scheduling around your kitchen hours
  • Grease disposed at a licensed facility
  • A service schedule built around your business

Built for busy kitchens

We work clean, quiet and on your timetable so a service call never becomes a service interruption. Keep your trap on schedule and you keep your kitchen running and your inspector satisfied — no surprises during the dinner rush.

The part nobody sees

Whatever comes out of your tank, trap or holding system, we haul it off and dispose of it the right way — no dumping, no shortcuts, no liability left on you. It's the part of the job nobody sees, and the part we never cut corners on.

Waste Removal

Liquid & Solid Waste Removal

We remove liquid and solid waste and dispose of it using safe, environmentally responsible methods at licensed facilities — fully documented. Cesspools, holding tanks and pump chambers are all part of what we handle, so the environment stays protected and the paperwork stays in order.

  • Liquid & solid waste, safely disposed
  • Cesspools, holding tanks & pump chambers
  • Environmentally responsible, licensed disposal
  • Documented every step — no liability on you
Stay Ahead

Maintenance Agreements

The cheapest repair is the one you never make. Our one-of-a-kind maintenance plans put your system on a schedule so small problems get caught while they're still small — and you stop guessing when you're due. Live carefree while we keep the records, handle the routine work and keep your system in proper working order.

  • Scheduled inspections and check-ups
  • Small issues caught before they become big ones
  • We keep the records so you don't have to
  • Residential & commercial plans available

Catch it early, save thousands

A system on a maintenance schedule rarely surprises its owner. Routine pump-outs and check-ups protect the expensive drainfield and keep small fixes from snowballing into full replacements — the kind of math that pays for itself many times over.

Septic Facts

Questions homeowners ask us

Straight, non-alarmist answers from a team that's been doing this since 1996.

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?
Most households should pump every 3 to 5 years. The exact timing depends on your tank size, how many people live in the home and how much water you use — a larger family needs it more often than a couple. Regular pumping is the single best thing you can do to protect your system and avoid costly repairs. If it's been more than a few years, it's worth a call.
How do I know if my septic system is having problems?
The most common signs are slow drains throughout the house, gurgling pipes, sewage odors indoors or in the yard, water pooling over the drainfield, or a patch of grass that's suddenly greener and spongier than the rest. On pump systems, an alarm box may sound. Catching a problem early is almost always cheaper than fixing a full backup — so don't wait to call.
Do I need to add bacteria or septic "treatments" to my tank?
In almost every case, no. A healthy septic system already contains the bacteria it needs to do its job, so store-bought additives are usually an unnecessary expense — and some can even harm your drainfield. Routine pumping and sensible habits keep your system far healthier than any bottle from the store.
What shouldn't go down the drain or toilet?
Only human waste and toilet paper belong in your septic system. Avoid flushing "flushable" wipes, paper towels, feminine products, cotton swabs, dental floss, diapers and cat litter. In the kitchen, keep grease, oils and coffee grounds out of the drain, and never pour paint, chemicals or solvents down any sink — they kill the bacteria your system depends on.
Can I plant over or drive across my drainfield?
It's best not to. Keep vehicles, heavy equipment and structures off the drainfield, since the weight can crush pipes and compact the soil it needs to drain. Grass is the ideal cover — skip trees and deep-rooted shrubs nearby, because roots seek out moisture and can clog the lines. Also direct gutters and runoff away so the field doesn't get oversaturated.
Do you offer septic inspections for buying or selling a home?
Yes. A real-estate septic inspection tells you the true condition of the system before you buy or sell, so there are no expensive surprises after closing. We check the tank, components and drainfield and give you a clear, honest written report you can act on with confidence. Get in touch to schedule one.
Do you offer a sewer line video camera inspection?
Yes. We run a sewer line video camera up to 130 feet of line and include the footage with our official septic inspection reports. You're given the video file to keep for your records — a clear picture of the system's condition that's especially helpful when selling a home. We also deploy the camera on service calls to find the cause of a problem or pinpoint why a drainfield may be failing. Learn more about our camera service.
